black bean avocado wrap
These are so simple to make and great way to get more veggies into your diet!

Ingredients:
- 1 can of seasoned black beans 
- Juice of 1 lime 
- ¼ cup of chopped cilantro 
- ½ cup of a red onion chopped 
- Valentina or hot sauce of choice 
- 1 cup baby spinach 
- 1 small tomato chopped 
- About a cup of guacamole 
- 4 large tortilla 
Serves 4
- Heat beans. 
- Warm tortillas. 
- To assemble the wraps: Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread about a tablespoon of guacamole onto tortilla. Top with spinach, a few tablespoons of black beans, tomato, onion, cilantro, and lime juice. 
- Drizzle hot sauce. Roll up.
