Garlic Potato Wedges
Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside…mmmhhhhh, yummy!

Ingredients:
6 large russet potatoes (rinsed clean, and patted dry)
¼ cup avocado oil (or your oil of choice)
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
Season To Taste: salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 
- Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. 
- Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into thirds lengthwise. (Be sure to have about the same thickness and size). Place wedges in a large bowl. 
- In a small bowl combine oil and garlic. 
- Pour oil and garlic mixture onto wedges coating evenly. 
- Sprinkle seasonings. 
- Arrange potato wedges in a single layer on baking sheets skin sides down. 
- Bake for 35-40 minutes (turning them hallway through baking time) or until golden brown.
